I have been in the building inspection business for over 20 years and have worked on commercial, public works and residential inspections. I have participated in 100’s of “punch lists” or walk through(s) for both residential and commercial properties. I thoroughly understand building science and continue my education through certified home inspection courses and stay current with new building and construction practices.
